My ecommerce website was moving along nicely. I sell low end, hip hop jewelry, most to the 18 to 25 year old crowd. In my first year, I had no chargebacks. I thought that my relatively inexpensive jewelry would draw fewer chargebacks. My second year in business brought two chargebacks in the first month. After dealing with the chargebacks, I knew that I needed someone in my corner.

I cannot afford to lose my merchant account. A terminated merchant account would put me on the dreaded terminated merchant file (tmf). If I was on the tmf, no one would ever give me a merchant account again, just when my website was starting to really show a profit.

A friend recommended Charge Back Defense. They can help stop or reverse a termination. I was not that far along yet. Fortunately, I didn’t have a terminated merchant account yet. I did use Chargeback Defense to tailor a plan for me that insured I was in full compliance with the terms of my merchant accounts requirements.

Chargeback Defense set up a customized system to prevent chargebacks from occurring on my merchant account. They understand that some companies have a higher risk of chargebacks due to what merchandise they sell, or who their typical customers are. I fell a lot better now about the safety of my merchant account. Now I can concentrate on growing my business.
